NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) – In January-April 2020 Belarusians bought $521.7 million worth of foreign currency more than they sold, BelTA learned from the statistics released by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB).
In January-April 2020 individuals bought the equivalent of $3.3 billion in cash and cashless forms and sold $2.778 billion worth of foreign currency. The net purchase of foreign currency by individuals totaled $521.7 million.
In January-April 2020 Belarusian corporations bought the equivalent of $7.639 billion and sold $6.878 billion worth of foreign currency.
In January-April 2020 non-residents of Belarus bought $120.6 million worth of foreign currency and sold $310.3 million.
