NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
MINSK, 25 May (BelTA) - Electric vehicles serve inner-city routes, and each electric vehicle consumes about 8-10 kWh of electricity daily. Compared to cars with internal combustion engines, fuel and maintenance savings reach 25-30%, BelTA learned the press service of the Energy Ministry.
A total of 12 electric cars are in use in the power system, mostly pilot projects. “Their number is expected to expand in the future, including with models scheduled for production in the country,” the press service stressed.
