MINSK, 6 December (BelTA) – Belarusian First Deputy Economy Minister Dmitry Krutoi and EBRD Director for Caucasus, Moldova & Belarus Bruno Balvanera discussed the progress in the implementation of the EBRD's country strategy for Belarus, BelTA learned from the website of the Economy Ministry.
During the meeting, Dmitry Krutoi gave a report on the implementation of the EBRD's country strategy for Belarus for 2016-2019 and the status of current projects carried out in Belarus with the participation of the bank.
Bruno Balvanera welcomed the active effort to fill the new strategy with projects. He mentioned some of them, namely the ones on Belinvestbank's pre-privatization, a pilot public-private partnership project to reconstruct the M10 highway, and several infrastructure-related projects in the environmental dimension.
EBRD noted the highest level of interaction with Belarus in over 25 years of cooperation.
