MINSK, 1 March (BelTA) - Belarus and China will sign an intergovernmental agreement to supply two sets of screening equipment for National Airport Minsk. This is stipulated by Resolution No. 152 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus of 27 February, which has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The resolution rules "to accept the proposal by the Economy Ministry, agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Justice Ministry and other interested parties, to sign, by exchange of letters, an agreement between the governments of Belarus and the People's Republic of China on the supply of two sets of screening equipment for National Airport Minsk.”
First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov has been authorized to sign the document on behalf of Belarus. Minsk National Airport has been designated as the recipient of technical and economic assistance.
The resolution shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
