MOSCOW, 19 December (BelTA) – A memorandum of cooperation of the Belarusian company BME-Diesel and the Moscow-based company Vozduhotehnika was signed in the Embassy of Belarus in Russia in Moscow on 19 December, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian company and the Russian one will forge an alliance to make diesel equipment at premises of the Moscow company. Key principles of cooperation, sales, and aftersales service of diesel generators and pumps have been determined.
The project is of strategic importance for both sides, the embassy's representatives told BelTA. It became possible thanks to contacts established during the 5th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Mogilev. The memorandum is an important step towards expanding the product lineup of BME-Diesel, which resides in the Minsk Oblast technological cluster and is Belarus' largest manufacturer of diesel generators and pumps.
