Belarusian construction workers to build school in Russian Suzdal

MINSK, 15 May (BelTA) – Belarusian construction workers will build a school in Suzdal, Vladimir Oblast, Russia. The relevant agreement was reached as Belarusian Architecture and Construction Minister Ruslan Parkhamovich met with Vladimir Oblast Governor Aleksandr Avdeyev, the press service of the Architecture and Construction Ministry told BelTA.

Ruslan Parkhamovich said: “We are open to any proposals for the sake of making interaction from both sides as effective as possible.”

During the meeting the sides agreed that the Belarusian contractor RUP Belstroitsentr will help build a school in Suzdal. The school is supposed to be commissioned by 1 September 2024. By the way, next year the city will celebrate the 1,000th anniversary since its foundation.

As much as RUB1.8 billion has been allocated for the project by the federal budget, with RUB257 million allocated by the oblast budget.
