
MINSK, 18 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian mechanical engineering company Amkodor is strengthening cooperation with Russia's Omsk Oblast, BelTA learned from the company's press service.
The delegation of the Russian region headed by Omsk Mayor Sergey Shelest has paid a visit to Amkodor. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen cooperation and establish new partnerships between Omsk Oblast and the Belarusian company.
The members of the delegation got familiar with the company's product line, saw the permanent exhibition of Amkodor machinery and discussed the prospect of joint projects. The parties highlighted the importance of further development of economic and trade relations between the region and the company.
Amkodor was established in 1927. The company consists of 30 legal entities, 22 factories that produce more than 6,500 products, including 135 models and modifications of special-purpose and agricultural vehicles and machines. All Amkodor enterprises are integrated into a single technological chain. Each member specializes in specific machines, units and assemblies. Amkodor constantly develops new models of machines and vehicles and improves existing ones.
