Belarus to showcase its high technology at Bakutel 2018 in Azerbaijan

MINSK, 4 December (BelTA) – The 24th Azerbaijan International Telecommunications, Innovations and High Technologies Exhibition and Conference Bakutel 2018 is underway in Baku on 4-7 December, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry.

It is expected that the exhibition will gather over 200 companies from 20 countries, including Italy, Iran, Turkey, the UAE, the United States, Slovenia, France, and Croatia. Belarus will take an active part in Bakutel 2018. The Belarusian delegation will be led by Communications and Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan.

The Belarusian national stand will feature Belarusian companies such as Beltelecom, Belpochta, Giprosvyaz, Promsvyaz, Institute for Applied Software Systems, National Center of Electronic Services, National Traffic Exchange Center, the Research Institute of Technical Information Protection, the Belarusian State Academy of Communications. Guests and exhibitors will also be able to get familiar with the capabilities of the Belarusian Cloud Technologies.

“The expo is a good opportunity for Belarus to demonstrate its achievements and potential in high technologies, to discuss promising models of cooperation and important areas of collaboration in the field of innovations. This will also be another step to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of communications and information technologies,” the ministry said.

Bakutel brings together professionals in various fields of ICT and offers ample opportunities and latest developments for all fields of activity. Among the participants are leading ICT companies, mobile operators, Internet service providers, system integrators, distributors known brands and young designers.
