MINSK, 11 May (BelTA) - Belarus will present almost all sectors of its economy at the international industrial fair Innoprom in Yekaterinburg, Russia, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Mikhail Myatlikov told the media ahead of the meeting of the working group on preparations for this event, BelTA has learned.

“As a partner country Belarus will occupy a huge area - more than 3,000 square meters – to showcase practically all sectors of the national economy, including manufacturing, machine tool building and others,” Mikhail Myatlikov said.

The fair will be held in Yekaterinburg in July. “Many delegations will come to the exhibition and the business program of the event is set to be extensive. According to the Russian side, guests from 50 countries are expected. This is a very large-scale event. Taking part in the fair will be the flagships of the Belarusian industry, large companies, small businesses, private sector and others,” the chairman stressed.

The main topic this year's fair is innovativeness and interaction to be implemented in the future. “There will be a number of forums, seminars, and presentations. As for contracts, they always have a delayed period. This exhibition will give results in the future,” Mikhail Myatlikov said.

In his words, the partner countries of the fair in 2015-2022 were China, India, Japan, Korea, Turkiye, Italy and Kazakhstan. Belarus will be a partner country of the fair this year.
