Belarus, Russia to hold joint meeting on agriculture in Q2

MOSCOW, 15 April (BelTA) – Belarus' Agriculture and Food Minister Anatoly Khotko and head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev agreed to hold a joint meeting of the boards of the agriculture ministries of the two countries in Q2 at a meeting in Moscow on 15 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

The parties discussed ways of strengthening Belarus-Russia cooperation in agriculture. “Dmitry Patrushev congratulated the Belarusian counterpart on his recent appointment to the post, expressed confidence that the work of Anatoly Khotko in the new post will further enhance the traditionally close relations between Russia and Belarus in agriculture,” the press service informed.
