MINSK, 9 November (BelTA) – Project “Support to Economic Development at the Local Level in the Republic of Belarus” is to be signed during the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Belarus (GEW Belarus) that will be held on 12-18 November, Belarus' Deputy Economy Minister Dmitry Matusevich told reporters, BelTA has learned.

“We have come to an agreement with the UNDP and the European Union and are set to sign a document to implement the project to promote economic development at the local level that will cover 12 districts of the country. The document is to be signed on 13 November,” he informed. The financial resources to be earmarked for the project are substantial - about €500,000 per region.
