MINSK, 16 June (BelTA) – In January-May 2020, Belarus' GDP went down by 1.8% year-on-year, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee.
According to initial estimates, the GDP amounted to almost Br51 billion in current prices or 98.2% as against January-May 2020 in comparable prices.
In January-May 2020, the GDP deflator index equaled 104.2% year-on-year.
