
MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – Belarus' gross domestic product shrank by 0.6% in January-April 2023 year-on-year, the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.
The first estimate of the country's GDP in January-April 2023 has been completed. In current prices the GDP amounted to Br63.5 billion, or 99.4% of the GDP in against January-April 2022 in comparable prices.
The GDP deflator index stood at 109.7% as against January-April 2022.
