According to him, the flow of tourists to Belarus is increasing. "Last year, we hosted 4.8 million arrivals. More than 90% were travelers from Russia. The export of tourism services in 2022 amounted to $180 million. In the first quarter of this year, export rose by 30-40% year-on-year," Oleg Andreichik noted.

The number of visitors from Latvia, Lithuania and Poland traveling to Belarus under the visa-waiver program increases by 6-7%, he added.

"All in all, Belarus is developing more than 20 types of tourism, but the major one is sanatorium-resort recreation.
