
MINSK, 21 December (BelTA) – The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) is one of the best platforms to promote business development, Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik said at a solemn event dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, BelTA has learned.
“This is a business match-making platform for entrepreneurs from various countries. It is very important that the BelCCI conducts all operations at the highest level,” said Piotr Parkhomchik.
The deputy prime minister emphasized that authorities responsible for the manufacturing sector and industrial enterprises have been successfully operating and demonstrating stable performance for two years in a row. “The light industry has performed well, Belneftekhim has begun to turn around, the dynamics are also positive in the timber industry,” he stated.
He welcomed the great results that Belarus has achieved in the face of difficulties. “We do not have overstocking in warehouses. There are no problems, and the challenges we are facing now help us stay toned,” he concluded.
