B2B Contact Fair Brest 2020 rescheduled for October 2020

BREST, 30 March (BelTA) – The 5th B2B Contact Fair Brest 2020 has been moved to October 2020, BelTA learned from the organizers of the event.

“Due to the current epidemiological situation and measures taken by Belarus to curb the spread of the coronavirus, the 5th B2B Contact Fair Brest 2020 will not be held on 24-25 April. We have decided to postpone the event. The preliminary date is 29-30 October,” the organizers noted.

The forum will be centered around services export. The program includes international B2B meetings, an exhibition of economic and investment potential, panel discussions, and workshops. The second day of the event will focus on tourism. Plans are in place to hold the first international tourism forum BrestTourInvest. BTI-2020. So far, around 140 companies and representatives of business from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, the Baltic states, Bulgaria, and Slovakia have registered to take part in the event.

The 4th B2B Contact Fair Brest 2019 brought together more than 250 foreign participants from over 20 countries. Some 150 exhibitors displayed their goods and services during the event. Participants of the forum signed investment agreements worth a total of over Br20 million.

The organizers of the event are the Brest Oblast Executive Committee and the Brest Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
