Belarus was voted to host the Second European Games in 2019 at the 45th General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees in Minsk in October 2016.

According to Igor Petrishenko, the mobile app will allow fans and tourists to plan their sightseeing trips. The mobile app will allow foreigners to see what is worth visiting not only in Minsk and the outskirts but also the rest of the country, the official noted.

Belarus to waive road toll for light vehicles on 10 June – 10 July

According to the source, on 10 June – 10 July owners of these vehicles will not have to sign toll road usage contracts, register their vehicles with the BelToll system, and install onboard payment devices.

Foreigners reminded to register with police during 2nd European Games Minsk 2019

Foreign fans can enter Belarus without visas and stay in the country if they have a hardcopy ticket or a digital ticket for sport events of the 2nd European Games Minsk 2019. The option will be available from 10 June through 10 July.

Rumas: All facilities for Minsk European Games will be fully ready by 15 May

The prime minister noted that 67 days are left before the start of the European Games in Minsk. The facilities that will be used during the games are almost ready. “By 15 May we need to ensure the full readiness of all facilities,” Sergei Rumas said.
