There was no possibility of the two aircraft colliding with each other in the skies above the Belarusian city of Zhlobin on 31 January, BelTA learned from Alexander Bartashevich, Head of the Minsk District Flight Control Center of the Belarusian air traffic control company Belaeronavigatsia, as he commented on the recent video where an eyewitness states the two aircraft had been dangerously close to each other.
