Two silver medals for Belarus at FIG World Cup 2017 AGF Trophy in Baku

MINSK, 20 March (BelTA) – Pavel Bulavsky of Belarus won two silver medals at the FIG Individual Apparatus World Cup event in Baku, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian scored 14,666 points in the Men's TV event to claim silver. Chris Remkes of Australia collected gold with the total of 14,866. Bronze went to Zachari Hrimeche, 14,616 points. Ilya Yakovlev of Belarus failed to qualify for the final, placing 11th with 13,617 points.

Pavel Bulavsky also won silver in the Men's Floor Exercise with the total of 14,000 points. Tomas Kuzmickas of Lithuania clinched gold with the total of 14,166 points. Naoto Hayasaka of Japan finished third with 13,900 points.

Oleg Vernyayev of Ukraine won at the 2017 Stuttgart World Cup in Germany.

Doha will host the next FIG World Cup on 22-25 March. The next FIG Individual All-Around World Cup 2017 will take place in London on 8 April.
