MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) - Quinton Howden produced a hat-trick to lead the Bisons over the visiting Dynamo Moscow 5-1 on 2 October, BelTA has learned.
The club's summer signing Quinton Howden got the vital game-tying goal in the 13th minute, cancelling out Vladimir Bryukvin's opener for the visitor, and added two more in the second and third periods each as Dinamo took charge of the game. In between, Alexander Kulakov's power play effort gave the home team the lead before the first intermission. Andrei Stepanov added a fifth in the last minute.
It is the sixth victory for the Bisons this season. With 20 points, the Bisons move to within three points of a playoff place.
Dinamo Minsk will next play Barys Astana at home on 4 October.
