MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – HC Yunost Minsk beat Slovakia's HK Poprad 4-1 (2-1, 1-0, 1-0) to claim bronze of the Tatra Cup in Slovakia, BelTA has learned.
Earlier, the Belarusian team defeated Hungary's Dunaujvaros 7-3 and lost to HC Kosice 2-3. In the final HC Kosice edged France's Nice HCA 4-3.
HC Yunost Minsk played in the tournament for the second time. In summer 2015 HC Yunost Minsk finished second after Austria's Graz 99ers, surpassing HK Poprad and HC Slavia Praha.
