BREST, 11 August (BelTA) – HC Meshkov Brest beat Slovenia's RK Celje 31-29 in a friendly, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian handball club.
The Belarusian champions are currently holding a training camp in Slovenia. The team has already held four friendlies. HC Meshkov Brest lost 28-29 in a close battle against HC Constanta Romania, played in a draw with RD Ribnica Slovenia (20-20) and fell 24-27 to RK Gorenje.
The Brest team is competing their training camp in Slovenia. The team will continue its training in Brest and will play at the 10th Belgazprombank Cup in the oblast center on 18-20 August. Apart from the hosts, the tournament will feature Riihimaki Finland, Dinamo Bucuresti and France's Saint-Raphael.
HC Meshkov Brest will open the 2017/18 season away against Tatran Presov in the SEHA League on 30 August.
