BREST, 7 March (BelTA) – Handball Club Meshkov Brest will play in the SEHA League Final Four, BelTA learned from the website of the club.
The Brest team's participation in the decisive stage of the tournament became known on 6 March. PPD Zagreb edged Gorenje Velenje 26-25 and deprived the Slovenian team of the playoff chances.
HC Meshkov Brest will next play Metalurg Macedonia on 7 March.
With 31 points after 15 rounds the Brest club is third in the table. Vardar Macedonia is leading with 46 points. Second is PPD Zagreb with 34 points. Celje Pivovarna Lasko is third with 29 points.
Earlier, HC Meshkov Brest has advanced to EHF Champions League. In last 16 the Brest team will face HBC Nantes.
