MINSK, 28 June (BelTA) – HC Dinamo Minsk and six other hockey clubs from Belarus are among the 250 best hockey teams in Europe, according to hockeyarchives.info, a prestigious French ice hockey website.
HC Dinamo Minsk, Belarus' representative in the KHL, is the 27th on the ranking with 40.23 points, up 25 positions from last year. The first three places are occupied by the Russian clubs playing in the KHL. The leader is St. Petersburg SKA (65.38). It is followed by Magnitogorsk Metallurg (56.47) and CSKA Moscow (55.18).
HC Grodno Neman, Belarus' champion in Extraliga, ranks 125th (13.73 points). HC Minsk Yunost goes 129th (13.65 points), HC Gomel is 179th (10.02), and HC Shakhter is 186th with 9.54 points. The 250 ranking also features HC Dinamo Molodechno (224th with 7.73 points) and HC Lida (239th with 7.31 points).
