Gift from Tora Berger for Darya Domracheva's daughter

MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) – Darya Domracheva has received a gift for her daughter from the prominent Norwegian biathlete Tora Berger, BelTA has learned.

The three-time Olympic champion thanked Tora Berger for the knitted onesie for her daughter Xenia. Apart from that, Darya Domracheva informed that due to the cancelled flight to Murmansk she will be unable to come to the Anna Bogali Cup. Darya Domracheva and her husband Ole Einar Bjorndalen intended to attend the event today.

Darya Domracheva gave birth to her daughter in Minsk on 1 October 2016. In January 2017 she resumed participation in World Cup stages. She claimed silver in the Women's 10K Pursuit event of the IBU World Championships Biathlon in Hochfilzen, Austria. Darya Domracheva came third in the Women's 7.5K Sprint bronze of the BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon in Kontiolahti, Finland. She finished the season as 24th as a result.
