Fourth gold for Ihar Boki in Dublin

MINSK, 17 August (BelTA) – Belarusian Paralympian Ihar Boki clinched his fourth gold medal at the 2018 World Para-Swimming Allianz European Championships in Dublin, Ireland, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian secured a champion title in the Men's 400m Freestyle S13 in 4:01.12. Second was Kirill Garashchenko of Ukraine. Bronze went to Alex Portal of France. The Men's 400m Freestyle podium replicated the podium of the Men's 200m Individual Medley a day before.

Earlier, 11-time Paralympic champion Ihar Boki won gold medals in the Men's 100m Breaststroke, Men's 100m Butterfly events and Men's 200m Individual Medley.

Georgy Zudilov of Belarus sealed the European title in the Men's 50m Freestyle S11 in 27.01 seconds.

Belarus goes seventh in the medal table with five gold, one silver and two bronze medals. The medal table is topped by Ukraine that has won 22 gold medals so far. The 2018 Para-Swimming European Championships in Dublin will be over on 19 August.
