MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – FC Dinamo Brest have parted ways with head coach Marcel Licka, BelTA learned from the official site of the football club.
The leadership of FC Dinamo Brest took a decision not to resign the Czech specialist for the next season. The club is grateful to Marcel Licka for his service and a great “gold” year.
Marcel Licka, 42, joined the Belarusian club in 2018 as assistant to Radoslav Latal. He was then assistant to Sergei Kovalchuk and later to Aleksei Shpilevsky whom he replaced at the post of the club's head coach.
In 2019, FC Dinamo Brest, under the tutelage of Marcel Licka, won their first Belarus' champion title and also the country's Super Cup.
