MINSK, 13 June (BelTA) - The catering program during the 2nd European Games was reviewed during a visit of EOC Catering Advisor Mari Holloway to Minsk, BelTA learned from the press service of the Directorate of the 2nd European Games MINSK 2019.
Mari Holloway focused on the catering service for the athletes and other client groups of the 2nd European Games at sports facilities and food safety during the multi-sport forum. During her first visit to Belarus Mari Holloway visited some catering facilities of the Stolitsa Business Center.
Mari Holloway shall submit the progress report on catering arrangements in Minsk to the EOC.
Mari Holloway has expertise in the field of the strategic and operational planning of catering at major sports events. She was involved in the preparation of the Olympic Games in London 2012 and in Sochi in 2014, the inaugural European Games in Baku in 2015. She was also an advisor at the Olympic Council of Asia for 18th Asian Games Jakarta & Palembang, Indonesia.
Mari Holloway also met with Director of the Directorate of the 2nd European Games MINSK 2019 George Katulin and his deputy Anatoly Kotov.
