Ellison scores twice as Dinamo Minsk down Sibir 5-4 in overtime

MINSK, 22 September (BelTA) - Forward Matt Ellison's second goal of the game came 2:59 into overtime as Dinamo Minsk edged the visiting Sibir Novosibirsk, one of the KHL's Eastern Conference leaders, 5-4 on Wednesday, BelTA has learned.

Nikita Komarov, Alexander Kulakov and Yevgeny Kovyrshin also contributed to the Bisons' victory on 21 September. Ben Scrivens stopped 21 shots for the win.

Sergei Shumakov, Maksim Shalunov and Adam Polasek supplied the offence for Sibir that got a 30-save performance from Alexander Salak.

Dinamo Minsk will next play on the road against Dynamo Moscow on 24 September.
