Charles Linglet extends deal with HC Dinamo Minsk

MINSK, 2 May (BelTA) – Forward of the Belarusian national ice hockey team Charles Linglet has extended his deal with HC Dinamo Minsk by two years, BelTA learnt from the press service of the HC Dinamo Minsk.

Charles Linglet joined the Belarusian club in the 2011/12 season. The forward scored 12 goals and made 14 assists in 51 games of his starting season with the Bisons.

Charles Linglet received the Belarusian citizenship then with a prospect of playing for the national team. However, in the 2012/13 season the forward appeared in only 22 games and completed the season in Swiss HC Lugano. The following year Charles Linglet was back in the KHL and had a good season with Medvescak Zagreb. A year later the forward returned to Minsk where he was named the best striker of the season in HC Dinamo Minsk. Charles Linglet had 62 (24+38) points in 2014/15 season.

Last season Charles Linglet played only 16 games, earning 8 (2+6) points, for the Bisons due to an injury.
