MINSK, 6 April (BelTA) – Vasil Kiryenka of Belarus (Team Sky) finished third in the stage 4 individual time trial at the 2018 Tour of the Basque Country, BelTA informs.
He clocked 22:37 to cover 19.4km. Primoz Roglic from Slovenia (Lotto Nl – Jumbo) won the event in 22:26, with Patrick Bevin from New Zealand (BMC Racing) coming second in 22:35.
Vasil Kiryenka is 44th in the 2018 Tour of the Basque Country overall standings.
In 2015 Vasil Kiryenka won the world champion title in individual time trial.
