Belarus' freestyle aerials team earns six Olympic berths

MINSK, 23 January (BelTA) – Belarusian aerialists have earned six quota spots for the 2018 Olympic Games in Pyeongchang. The International Ski Federation (FIS) has published the lists of athletes, who have qualified for the Games, BelTA informs.

Belarus will field 2014 Olympic champion Anton Kushnir, winner of two World Cup legs Maksim Gustik and Stanislav Gladchenko. Denis Osipov will go to the Olympics as a reserve. The Belarusian women's team will comprise 2014 Olympic champion Alla Tsuper, Anna Guskova, who finished second in the 2017-2018 aerials World Cup, and World Cup medalist Aleksandra Romanovskaya.

Aerials medal events in Pyeongchang are scheduled for 15-18 February.
