MINSK, 7 July (BelTA) – Belarusian Victoria Azarenka advanced to the fourth round at Wimbledon by beating Briton Heather Watson 3-6, 6-1, 6-4, BelTA has learned.
Victoria struggled through the first set but seemed to have found her pace in the second and managed to force a decide. In the third set Azarenka's big-match experience proved decisive as she held her nerve in the big moments. The two-time Grand Slam champion will next face No. 2 seed Simona Halep in the fourth round.
