MOSCOW, 17 May (BelTA) – Russia will present over 400 exhibits during the defense technology expo MILEX 2017, which will take place in Minsk on 20-22 May, the press service of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation told BelTA.
As many as 17 Russian companies will showcase their products during MILEX 2017, including Rosoboronexport, Techmash, Almaz–Antey Concern, Russian Helicopters, and AO Splav. A total of 411 products will be put on display, including 35 actual products.
In particular, Russian companies are going to showcase the multipurpose jet fighter Su-35 (the export version of the Su-27M jet fighter), the multipurpose frontline fighter MiG-29M2, the combat and training aircraft Yak-130, and other aircraft. Armored vehicles will be represented as well, including the modernized tank T-90S, the armored personnel carrier BTR-80/82A, the infantry fighting vehicle BMP-3M, the air defense missile system S-400 Triumf, and the self-propelled antitank complex Khrizantema-S.
The official Russian delegation to MILEX 2017 will be led by Dmitry Shugayev, Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation.
