MINSK, 12 September (BelTA) – Mass media should interact with the blogosphere, Deputy State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State Aleksei Kubrin said at the 13th Belarusian International Media Forum Partnership for the Future: Digital Agenda for Media Space, BelTA has learned.
According to Aleksei Kubrin, the blogosphere requires examination and it is clear that mass media should interact with it. In most cases bloggers are guided by mass media when they post information.
“We should create media space and establish relations in such a way as to ensure comfortable existence of mass media in the future. Nowadays information technologies have a great impact on mass media. Earlier ill tongues could influence quite a small group of people. Today they can reach any place in the world and can influence people's minds and their actions,” the deputy state secretary noted.
According to Alexander Kubrin, the most important task is to train mass media staff who need to be able to express their thoughts and also to take into account the audience's psychology.
