MINSK, 16 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian youth are patriots, Chairperson of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin said during a lecture for students of the lyceum of Belarusian State University on 16 March, BelTA has learned.
“No country can succeed without patriotic youth. We know how patriotic the young Belarusians are. So is the Kazakh youth. It is passed on from our fathers and grandfathers who defended the country called the Soviet Union,” Nurlan Nigmatulin said and called on the youth to keep this patriotic feeling.
A Kazakhstani parliamentary delegation led by Mazhilis Speaker Nurlan Nigmatulin arrived in Belarus on 15 March. Officially, the visit began with a wreath-laying ceremony at Victory Monument in Minsk. “We should always remember who won the freedom and the opportunity to live and work in today's time for us,” Nurlan Nigmatulin said.More about Society
