MINSK, 17 July (BelTA) – Belarus' Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a first-day-of-issue dedication ceremony for a stamped envelope honoring the 15th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on 17 July, BelTA has learned.
The stamped envelope was dedicated on the day of the meeting of the CSTO Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and its Secretary-General Yuri Khachaturov.
The project to release the commemorative stamped envelope, the design of which is based on the emblem of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, was prepared by the Belarusian Belpochta mail service with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus. The circulation of the envelope is 30,000 copies.
