MOGILEV, 4 November (BelTA) – Tourism development prospects will be in focus at the 8th international investment forum “Mill of Success” in Mogilev on 4-5 November, BelTA learned from the sport and tourism department of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee.
The forum will run the Tourism Development section “Season 2017. Problems. Prospects. Solutions.” It will be attended by representatives of travel companies and organizations from Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Poland and Iran. They will get familiar with the tourism potential of Mogilev Oblast, participate in the roundtables and seminars on topical issues of cooperation between the participants of the tourism market.
Guests will explore the tourist route “Place of Birth” and visit the town of Shklov, the agro-town of Alexandria and the museum-school of Belarus' first president. They will also go to Krugloye District to visit the tourist facility Nikolayevskie Ponds and the culture and entertainment center Izumrud. In Mogilev, the guests will be invited to go on a new city tour spanning the Town Hall, St. Nicholas Convent, and the natural landmark Polykovichi Spring, to take part in a mini-golf tournament and enjoy an evening of folklore and a dinner with dishes of the Belarusian cuisine.
The fitness center Rudeya will host a presentation of New Year entertainment programs and the potential of the tourism cluster The Land of Life-Giving Springs. The center will also run a workshop to discuss the prospects and opportunities for development of inbound tourism.
Travel companies are expected to sign agreements on cooperation during the forum in Mogilev.
