Jakarta, 17 July (BelTA - ANTARA) - The national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia has again scored a remarkable achievement by being named the World`s Best Cabin Crew 2018 for the five consecutive years since 2014 by the Skytrax, a United Kingdom based consultancy which runs an airline and airport review and ranking site.
The Best Airline Cabin Crew awards recognize the highest all-round performance of cabin staff, for hard service in terms of techniques, efficiency, attention etc, and soft service characteristics in terms of staff enthusiasm, attitude, friendliness and hospitality.
The survey was conducted on more than 245 international airlines, and held annually by measuring 41 major aspects related to products and services provided by airlines.
