Belarusian inspectors checking on Polish army units

MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – An inspection team from Belarus is checking units of the Polish army, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

In accordance with the Conventional Forces in Europe Treaty (CFE Treaty) an inspection team from Belarus is in Poland on 22-26 May to check the military units, which are subject to control in accordance with the CFE Treaty.

The inspectors are supposed to verify that the number of armaments and military hardware on site matches the numbers Poland has revealed in accordance with the Conventional Forces in Europe Treaty.
