Belarus to provide humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

MINSK, 18 January (BelTA) – Belarus will provide humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan. The corresponding decision is contained in Resolution No.23 signed by the Council of Ministers on 16 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The aid will comprise semi-woolen blankets and Pamir-30 tents to the total tune of Br1.851 trillion.

Under the resolution the Emergencies Ministry, the Transport Ministry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been instructed to provide registration and prompt delivery of humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan by railway.

The resolution comes into effect on the day of its official adoption.
