Belarus to finish construction of Belaya Vezha health resort in Kislovodsk

PYATIGORSK, 11 August (BelTA - TASS) – Belarus is going to finish the construction of the Belaya Vezha health resort in Kislovodsk. The construction of this facility was launched in 1984, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development informs with the reference to director of the health resort Azret Chotchayev.

“According to Azret Chotchayev, the owner is going to finish the construction of the complex within a few years,” the press release reads.

According to the ministry, the facility is 48% ready. The delegation including Belarus' Deputy Architecture and Construction Minister Dmitry Semenkevich and representatives of Belarusian construction companies pointed out the satisfactory condition and the readiness percentage of the health resort.

“At present there are 19 unfinished recreation infrastructure facilities, including the Belaya Vezha health resort, in Kislovodsk. According to the representative of the owner, the construction of the health resort may be finished either independently or with the help of the investment capital. Therefore, we are now planning to engage in a constructive dialogue with the Belarusian side,” Deputy Minster of Economic Development of Stavropol Krai Aleksei Kogarlytsky is quoted as saying by the press service of the ministry.

The health resort includes a bedroom building and a healthcare and administrative building, an entrance hall, two walkways connecting these buildings. The complex will accommodate 400 people. The total area of the health resort is 42,365 square meters; 30,762 square meters have been already built.
