Belarus, Sudan to share experience of legislation improvement

MINSK, 18 January (BelTA) – Belarus and Sudan will share their experience of improving national legislation, BelTA learned from Olga Murashkovskaya, Press Secretary of the Belarusian Justice Ministry.

Experience will be shared in line with the memorandum of understanding in mutual cooperation between the Belarusian and Sudanese justice ministries. The document provides for sharing knowledge and information about the legal systems and the legislation of Belarus and Sudan, for sharing experience for the sake of improving the national legislations.

The memorandum creates the legal foundation for cooperation between the two ministries and will allow expanding the international legal base in the sphere of mutual legal aid in the future.

Justice Minister Oleg Slizhevsky signed the document on behalf of the Belarusian side within the framework of the official visit of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to Sudan.
