VITEBSK, 17 November (BelTA) – An agreement on cooperation was signed between Gorodok District, Vitebsk Oblast (Belarus) and Dedenevo, Moscow Oblast (Russia) on 17 November, BelTA learned from the Gorodok District Executive Committee.
The agreement was signed during the visit of an official delegation of Dedenevo to Gorodok District. The document was signed by Chairman of the Gorodok District Executive Committee Piotr Korobach and Head of Dedenevo Svetlana Tyagacheva. The agreement envisages the development of cooperation in trade, economic, agro-industrial sectors, education and utility services. The parties noted that the focus in cooperation will be on the expansion of tourism and cultural ties, strengthening of cooperation in the youth policy.
After the business part of the program was over, the Russian guests visited a ski track, and one of Belarus' biggest rock-climbing walls located at Vitebsk school No.2.
