Belarus, Georgia sign cooperation program in justice matters for 2016-2018

MINSK, 30 May (BelTA) – Belarus and Georgia signed a program of cooperation in justice matters for 2016-2018. The document was signed by Justice Ministers Oleg Slizhevsky and Tea Tsulukiani on 28 May, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Justice Ministry.

The parties expressed the intention to share experiences in law-making, the enforcement of judicial and non-judicial documents, realtor activity, and civil registration and in other areas. During the visit to Georgia the head of the Belarusian Justice Ministry and Tea Tsulukiani discussed ways of improving the justice systems.

Oleg Slizhevsky got acquainted with the history of founding and operation of the houses of justice in Georgia, visited the National Agency of Public Registry to get familiar with the Georgian registration system, in particular the registration of economic entities, non-profit organizations, transactions involving real estate.
