MINSK, 23 May (BelTA) – Belarus-drafted resolution “Implementation of the UN Global Plan of Action to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings” will be discussed at the 26th Session of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Vienna, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Belarusian delegation is participating in the capacity of a speaker in the thematic events dedicated to the femicide, the fight against trafficking in human beings and illegal migration.
Belarus' representatives will also take part in the discussions on the implementation of the UN Convention on Transnational Organized Crime and its Protocols
The Belarusian delegation will be led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Austria, Belarus Permanent Representative to the international organizations in Vienna Alena Kupchyna.
