MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) - The 100 Ideas for the Union State project will be presented at the Fourth Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM Youth Union, member of the Council of the Republic Andrei Belyakov said during the Open Dialogue “Belarus – Source of Inspiration” hosted by BelTA on 23 June.
“Moscow will play host to the Fourth Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The BRSM Youth Union is determined to take part. The youth union has prepared an exhibition of the works of the participants of The 100 Ideas for Belarus competition. We plan to present a new project entitled as 100 Ideas for the Union State,” Andrei Belyakov said. A new collection of the Belarusian clothes will be presented at the forum as well.
The first secretary of the BRSM Central Committee stated that the 100 Ideas for the CIS project was launched in 2015. “Keeping in mind our close cooperation with Russian partners, public associations, we decided that the Union State needs one more competition. There are a lot of projects and we will present just a part of them. It would be great if the 100 Ideas for the Union State will be another additional impetus to step up our cooperation. It is also important for our young people to take part in the work of the forum sections and tell about the projects that are implemented both in Belarus and the Union State,” he noted.
The exposition of Belarusian youth projects will be located in the central exhibition center Expocentre in Moscow. The exposition will feature projects in such areas as national security and fire and disaster protection, medicine and pharmacy, robotics and intelligence management systems, industry and agriculture. For instance, the projects will include a glove for rehabilitation after a blood-stroke, a surgical correction of longitudinal platypodia in children, 3D Mirror, Roborover, a set to prevent terrorist attacks in crowded places, fire extinguishing devices Viking, and many more. Besides, visitors will be able to get familiar with the development of new veterinary drugs.
The Fourth Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia “Integration of the regions of Russia and Belarus in high technology, innovation and the information society” is due in Moscow on 29-30 June.
