MINSK, 7 March (BelTA) – The representatives of the Vatican have been honored with the Order of Francysk Skaryna. The relevant decree was signed by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on 7 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The order has been awarded to Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine and to Belarus in 2011-2015 Claudio Gugerotti and to director of the Vatican Museums Antonio Paolucci in recognition of their big personal contribution to the development of cultural cooperation between Belarus and Vatican.
