MINSK, 22 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will pay a working visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan on 23-24 June where he will take part in the summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The President of Belarus is also expected to meet with a number of foreign leaders.
The forthcoming SCO summit in Tashkent will be the first one for Belarus in the observer status.
