Lukashenko to meet with Serbia President Tomislav Nikolic 18 May

MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will meet with Serbia President Tomislav Nikolic at the Palace of Independence in Minsk. Tomislav Nikolic pays a working visit to Belarus on 17-18 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The heads of state will discuss the state of affairs in the Belarusian-Serbian relations, the implementation of investment projects and the results of cooperation in the past years. The presidents will also exchange opinions on the political agenda and other topical issues.

It is expected that Alexander Lukashenko will present the Order of Friendship of Peoples to Tomislav Nikolic in recognition of a big contribution to the enhancement of peace, friendly relations and cooperation between Belarus and Serbia.
